• Study design briefs and determine requirements

Marketing Leadership Program (MLP) Summary

MLP is the premier entry level program for our company and the best way to develop and expose successful candidates to opportunities in creative design, strategy, activations, digital, events, and media at M&P. This challenging six-month rotational program is focused on the accelerated development of early career talent through 3 or 4 rotational assignments, educational curriculum that develops marketing competencies and leadership exposure that provides strong opportunities for growth. The program prepares members for a successful career in marketing by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and clients while simultaneously making valuable contributions to the organization.

MLP spans across six months, with the number and length of rotational assignment varying by department. In each rotation, MLPs are given high-impact projects driven by business priorities. The commercial skills development of a MLP is supported by business specific training, core curriculum coursework in addition to their rotational assignments. The program offers many opportunities for leadership, within your rotation assignments or through other options that exist within your business or through the overall program.


The Marketing Leadership Program is a career differentiator for program members. Only 4 to 5 candidates will be selected each year to join the program. Members who have a high level of success on program will receive a full time offer will be well positioned to accelerate their careers within M&P. Career paths vary widely by MLP interest, career alignment, and overall business need.

MLP Candidate Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communications, journalism, mathematics, graphics design, or relevant business or science degree.
Prior intern or co-op experience, or relevant work experience (0-3 years) preferably in sales or marketing. All businesses have preference for relevant industry experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong analytical skills
Minimum of a 3.5GPA
Minimum typing speed: 40 wpm
