Can u imagine fellow nairalanders, buyers which include YModule and God knows what the coppers name is. They have written off this trade, the crazy seller I called many times inthe heat of the moment but kept cutting my calls. Is now asking me at 12:42am China time, to send 50k rmb by Alipay to her now. Is this a normal seller, I leave u guys to judge for urselves. if my worries were unfounded, someone pls rescue them |

I sell on /brjstyle and 2 other Large E commerce site, yet I posses more goods than the seller u claim I should pay 90k. I posses my own E commerce store and these is the acct we receive cash. If u fear fear, u will never go places, no biz is risk less but u can cut down the risk and find a meeting point. I felt I was protecting u from a shady seller but u said 'don't worry' yet u refuse to pay me first. Which even led me to accuse Ymodules, are u guys sure u're not conniving to chop my money? I don't run my ship like that, the strain ur paranoia cost u and me turns out it was for nothing. If u give me a good reliable trust worthy seller, I could advance funds for u without u even paying yet, but I would protect my generosity as well with clause to the seller. Sorry it went Sour, 10 out 10 I don't regret my actions. |

Ymodulus: Hello Ymodulus I believe I have been on Nairaland ever since u could imagine the benefit of a platform as these Am quite glad u didn't come to a conclusion that I am a scam. That, I give to u. Regarding the ups and down of today's transaction. We spent tedious time last night China time just to conclude today's transaction only for things to turn out this way. You rose so early to carry out this deal, u asked me to check ur hatch tag which I did but I wasn't convinced in my judgement to throw caution to the wind. First I came accross the news of diff means of remittance have be given forced suspension yesterday I believe. Then I galivated to current Naira rate and saw the post of the lady that needed 61krmb. I thought, Well at least I can accommodate that much daily. Assist people while making a buck or two. My simple request were this, send me your supplier's contact. Since u insist on me paying a Trader on ur behalf in China. He did send me but the trader's Taobao page only shows her advertising rubber slippers and has only one picture, one design. It looked too shoddy for me to take seriously. I insisted on Alipay b4 she finally agreed for the maximum amt of 50k rmb with balance of 40k rmb to be paid in through normal bank acct. Twice I left the group chat I was invited to, secretly asking Tmodus partner whom happen to reach me first. Do u trust this seller? She said Yes, she is also an agent, she trust her. To cut story short, I provided him my acct officer details, he asked if he is vouchin for me. I said the purpose was not to vouch for me but to provide u details of the acct and acct owner with operations within the acct. To certify it is not a ghost acct or some bogus company. He arrived, I called acct officer. Officer say him no bring cash, English don tire me. Guy how u want do am na, Zenith acct u no get. U come say make I wait for transfer after I don pay Chinco lady I when I no know, she no gree take my call. Chinese local transfer takes less than two seconds,in Nigeria it is luck if u get it in 24hrs interbank, sometimes same day but hrs later. Then I said Chairman u are there, pay up...he said he can get letter from commissioner or dpo toOfficer is there, if ur funds doesn't get to ur supplier there are many checks and balances to curb this kind of crime. U went to where I opened this acct, acct officer came in professional manner. Not as my relative or stuff. He told u to pay up to the said acct. U showed him ur acct which he told me contained enough to foot the bill.then I left instruction that he mustn't be allowed to leave that bank until the transfer reflected I reluctantly moved my ass to change $5000 into rmb all for say let me complete this trade. my other acct USB stick just no gree work, this USB used a day b4.see diff happenings. I jumped on the metro cause it was rush hr here therefore keeping him waiting which is his Choice. While I was inthe process of congregating the 50k into alipay. My acct officer called me that he had to leave for an appointment and then Ymodules called me he had left too.. Do u think u suggested something out of the box when u asked that u pay into the acct officers acct. U need intelligence to compliment ur education sometimes To me ur transaction was too shady for my liking, the seller that sells nothing yet has a store, ur insisting I pay up first, then the other youth copper lady whom claims the money belongs to her. The signs were too much, maybe the deal would have been real trade but the unexpected that happened only confirmed my fears. The second person whom walked in just as u left spent less that 20mins at the same Aspanda bank and it took her contact here in China 2seconds to confirm the receipt. She wanted 61k but later opt for only 18k. I bet I made a customer for life. I will upload pic of completed trade |

Pay your supplier in China with a deposit in a Nigerian bank account, nothing changes. Send money from China to Nigeria and receive Naira in your local account Nobody has monopoly over commerce, we must go on with trading. |

AleAirHub: Am not looking to buy rmb, i have rmb to sell. And at every one time, i can only accommodate 10,000rmb-90,000rmb. Rates change, so rates depend on when you request and initiate the deposit. Your rmb will be exact rate and your receiving acct will depend on the bank your seller is using. But the transfer takes less than 5 seconds to confirm. |

oripopower: @ Oripopo This is a Japanese Used equipment thread, it be easy to open a Chinese brand new Generators thread. I travel both countries but i don't have confidence in Chinese heavy duty machines. Light industry technology but not games for Men where Caterpillar, HITACHI, KOMATSU rule the game. Unlike Chinese Earth and Moon Cummins Generator blabla- Life Span- 2months Used equipments from Japan are far more reliable than a brand new equipment from any Chinese maker. However cost can make us end up owning just a piece of metal mistaken for durable machines Nigeria is accustomed to using Don't encourage quacks to keep up with this game |

Gazzy88: This is the whole essence of opening this thread, bringing together of different players in the industry. Miners are like farmers, someone has to go to them to buy their finds and sell to different Gem stone Market in Nigeria. Those with foreign buyers have long wished this business can remain elusive to many Nigerians. If you can invest your time a little in identifying 3 major stones which we have in Nigeria and a little money for transportation. Trust me, all of a sudden you will be seeing your monthly bank statement with good zeros. You don't need to be a Geologist, Gemologist but u need to be very vigilant and enlighten yourself with basic attributes of stones. In fact professionals are not usually the main dealers in Gem stone. So u can easily pickup this legit business |

Gem stone are abundant in Ibadan, Jos, Ekiti but there has to be more places in Nigeria. The miners don't have the time and awareness to linkup. Mostly Indians, Chinese trade in this lucrative business. Contact me if you are into Gem stone, own a small mine or deal |
