you could get in ojoo in odogbo area for 400k per plot. you could get it cheaper if you dont mind going a bit inside well off the road but not in the bush any way. 08056717145 is the no to dial if interested. akobo is also open for good purchase.

thks for your reply. landed property is know to appreciate and not depreciate. if you buy now you can sell double the price later. and more so that a lot of development is coming into akobo axis of ibadan. i no u will not regret doin so. someone bought some acres less than 200k about a year from now and is plannin selling a plot from those acres for 200k each now. in landed property u make hay while the sun shines.

u can buy acres of land in olorunda in akobo area in ibadan from as low as 400k per acre and sell off later, dis is nice biz.
