Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and analyse periodic financial statements including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis
2. Assist in establishing and implementing receivable policies and procedures.
3. Prepare, distribute and maintain daily, weekly, monthly subscription report and general ledger.
4. Prepare and process receipts, invoices and commissions
5. Data entry
6. Assure inventory control and accounting practices
7. Perform weekly and monthly performance appraisal across all channels of sales
8. Create and archive monthly journal entries
9. Compute taxes, and payroll procedures
10. Successfully complete the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and reports set by management
11. Management inter-company customer relationship and reconciliation
12. Perform monthly Bank reconciliation
13. Must also have average social media management ability.
14. Budget preparation, analysis and interpretation

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting (Experienced OND holders may also apply provided they have relevant and sufficient practical accounting experience)
• Working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets and PowerPoint
• Mastery of accounting software for effective performance (Peachtree or Sage)
• High initiative and ability to work with no supervision
• Not less than 2 years working experience in Accounting
