BusinessCompany And Business Registration In Ghana by delka(op): 8:54am On Sep 07, 2013
This thread is open for those who have been enquiring about the process for business registration in Ghana. Many Nigerian companies are expanding their regional outreach through the Ghanaian market. There has been an influx of Foreign businesses into Ghana in the last 5 years. This is largely due to stable political climate and good public power supply. Crime rate is very low in Ghana compared to other African countries.

Company registration is a bit complex. However its a two stage process. First you obtain your TIN (tax identification number) and file for registration of your company with the registrar general's department. Then you register with GIPC which is mandatory for all businesses.
