Im due in April 2016 and would like to know if it's necessary to notify the embassy of change of intent for my return trip to usa in may and which cheap hospitals can be recommended in newjersey. I already have reciepts of payment from my doctors office and next scheduled appointment letter for january next year. Also must one buy a return ticket for childbirth trips.? Should i declare that i have already registered and attended doctors appointments in the usa already? Thanks

Hi for those who maybe considering using hackensaw mountainside hospital in New Jersey for child birth , their fees have been increased effective Aug 1st from $3800 to $8900. Most of their affiliate doctors are still quoting the old price, pls call the hospital directly to re confirm.

I really beg you to critically help analyse my case before we waste visa money again. 2yrs ago i and my husband applied individually for usa visa and we denied on d normal grounds of no ties..fast ffwd to future... We were denied uk visa in dec 2014 however we where able to secure a german transit visa and jamaica and dubai as a family. Now we have a child and considering usa for summer vacation.

Your best bet is to go to jamaica or barbados through Germany. From frankfurt in Germany there are direct flights to all Caribbean countries. Apply for German transit visa be honest with your details and in 4hrs you have it.

To tap into your expertise, we really needed a uk visa because we wanted to get to jamaica as well and there's no direct flight, also our visa to jamaica expires in 5weeks. Do you advise we apply for a USA transit visa despite the uk refusal and a previous usa refusal 2yrs ago and no other travel history.

@justwise it's a general visit visa can we appeal?

Picked up my documents today and we were all denied(me, hubby and kid)on d grounds that we did not explain specific lodgement into the account as far as 2months before we applied even though I mentioned on the cover letter that the source of funds is from sale of my old car!. My advice just explain every single credit on ur account that is not tagged salary and provide evidence! Better luck next time
