My opinion is there's nothing to worry about. Ottawa is d blazing VO of d moment. On d other hand, if u listed a government job on ur application, it may also be reason for delay. But I'd say go for gcms notes.

Thanks @perks. I didn't list a government job as I have never worked in one. Infact, my application was pretty simple but it's all good. I will order for my gcms notes but I'm hopeful. Thanks

U are lucky dat ur application is in Ottawa. Dont put urself under any undue pressure. People have waited 15 months. As long as ur application doesn't go into security screening, u should get it in a couple of weeks. My opinion is if u want to have very clear insight into what stage u really are, jejely request for ur GCMS notes but remember u wont get it until a month.

Please I would like the seniors to analyze this my matter. My timeline is thus:
AOR: May 10
Medical passed: June 26
IP1&Na2: June27
1P2:July 26 till date.
I sent a mail to CIC to find out my Visa Office and I got this response..
Our Office(CPC Ottawa) is processing your application. Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

Unfortunately, at this time,we are not able to determine when your application will b finalized but out our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed or if any additional information or documents are required.

I have tried to ignore this mail, but it worries me, I won't lie. Is there anyone who has received this type of response from them. What do you guys think? Should I just prepare my mind for the 6months? Please your inputs will be highly appreciated. Sorry for the long post.
