First, do a urine test to rule out a water infection, and you can start a course of Nitrofurantin 500mg.
Second, you need to do a complete sexually transmitted disease test to exclude that possibility.
The following investigations must be done: fasting glucose, liver function tests, kidney function tests, vitamin B12, folate, cholesterol, full blood count, thyroid function tests, and PSA.
3. Treat for prostatitis using ciprofloxacin.
4. If symptoms persist and results are clear, see a urologist.
A urine flow test should be recommended, along with a bladder and kidney scan as soon as possible.
Finally, a cystoscopy will be performed.

Sequel to my last thread where I complained about a burning sensation in my testicle area, a lot of persons advised that I go for scan for a possible testicle torsion case.

I went for scan and ran all the possible scan from abdominal to testicle scan and nothing was found. The sensation stopped and I was found.

However of recent the burning sensation around my left testicle started again and sometimes I notice it moves up to my waist area in form of weird pains.

Please what do you suggest I do.

I can't stand people suffering, if you even complain of something and you didn't ask for my assistance, as long as I heard you're going through stuff guilt will consume me like I'm the one at fault and I'll try to do something about it no matter how little, and if you ask for assistance I do more than you asked and if I can't help I'll try to solve it using other means like borrowing from others for your sake, I've always been like that.

I've been looking out for my siblings as the eldest since I can remember, parents are not there, and I've been lucky with some measure of financial freedom, everyone respects me then and whatever I say is what they do, conflicts were easy to resolve, I thought they respect me because I was responsible and I behaved matured and stepped up, mind you I was in my 20s fending for four siblings, I stopped schooling because no one was there to pay my fees, and started hustling before financial freedom came, I made sure my siblings goto school so they don't repeat my mistakes, not too long ago I even bought phone for one of them (siblings), borrowed on their behalf even when I don't have.

Fast forward to the past couple of months things took a drastic turn, my source of income dried off, everything stopped working at once, when I'm close to benefiting from anything that thing will crumble, things got so bad and within three months I'm totally broke, could you believe these same siblings I went above and beyond for turned on me, they don't respect me anymore, they now ask what have you done for me, one even starved me for some time when I stayed with her, in summary I'm nothing to them anymore and they even blocked me online because we had a falling out when I asked why are they're suddenly disrespecting me, then it hit me, they didn't respect me because I'm older or how I behave, they respected my money, the money they all drained,

I'll get back on my feet eventually, with a bitter lesson learnt, don't burn for anyone, not even your family, few people remember what you did for them and you're lucky if you have such around you, I'll get back up and when I do I'm cutting everyone off.

I teach at a school in lagos, and the maths teacher recently travelled abroad. I was asked to fill in for him since maths was my field of study. But i literally have no experience and this is all the senior classes from ss1 to ss3. I tried to complain to the school managment that i should be given time to prepare but they said i should start the next day with no prep time. I went to class and therw were a lot of errors and gaps in my teaching, the senior students no longer pay attention and act like i dont know what i am teaching. They discuss football and relationships in class. I just wish i had more prep time and also i dont want to play with the kids future. I am thinking of leaving but there is job shortage what do i do.

First off, the teacher And the school is to be blamed for the impromptu leave of the mathematics teacher without prior notice to seek a replacement. Another thing is, you could either make deep research on the course or do your best to understand the easy ones and start with them in class. Best of luck.
