1. No information on course of study. This will include school receipts, letter from HOD, school ID card, school photos, examination results, etc.

2. Who is funding your brother study? Sponsor bank statement and cover letter, specific transfer for school fees, school allowances from the sponsor's bank statement which will also reflect on your brother bank statement.

3. You are sponsoring your bother trip to the UK, but he has over N3 million in his bank account! Haba, how do you expect the ECO to believe him.

Your brother application was badly packaged but it is still redeemable, if you can attend to the issues raised by the ECO with the above documentation.
Dear Ekpotek,

I really appreciate your response and analysis on the matter.
We submitted all the items you talked of in Item 1 except the school result. For item 2, I paid his school fees in January 2018 and it did not reflect in his statement because we printed 6 months statement and submitted. His allowance is mostly given as cash or I tell his brother to give him while I transfer to his brother. For item 3 it was not 3 million but it was N3,000.00 that was the balance. I will appreciate if I can get a way to explain the Financial ties as identified in bullet point 3 because he is a student and does not have any money and most times as you send to him, he will withdraw and use.I will appreciate your advice.

Am not a guru o but i think you should include his birth certificate and yours too to establish the relationship, a letter from either of your parents authorising you to take him along, let him include his statement of account apart from yours and include copies of your past visa. If it was me applying, I would renew first and apply for my brother thereafter because 10 years visa fee is not moin moin. All the best
I want to say a big thank you to Jennyhumphrey, ijeshaoflondon, just wise and all the gurus in the house. I got my 10 years UK visa but my brother was rejected for 6 months and it was his 1st time. I really need your advice on the solution to reapply for him as I really want to travel with him this December for the holiday. All advice is welcomed and will be appreciated. Please find attached his rejection letter.

This site is really great, I do not regret registering. Thank you very much Jenny for this information, I was not thinking of including our birth certificate but I will do so.

Kindly assist me with the remaining questions and how to do a planned itinerary.

Greetings All,
I want to renew my Visa and I am going for a 10 years Visa. I work and earn net of 1.1 million. my bank account has about 3.3 million. my question is that I want to include my brother's application with mine since I will be sponsoring him for the holiday. He is a student and the school is on break, He has never traveled outside the country before he is a first timer. We intend to apply next week and the proposed travel date is 3rd Nov. I am filling his application and want to know how to answer the following question and if the documents I have are okay to help the visa process.
Questions:
1. Do you have savings, properties or other income, for example from stocks and shares- I said No
2.How much do you spend each month on living costs? I wrote 15pounds (I don't know if I should write anything here as I am the one that gives him money for school).
3.How much of your total monthly income is given to your family members and other dependants-I wrote N/A
4.What is the cost to you personally of your trip in GBP(£)? Dont know how to answer this question
5.The total amount of money you have for this trip- Dont know how to answer this question
6.The cost of your living expenses- I wrote N/A
7.Please explain why they are paying towards the cost of your trip? MY SISTER IS GOING FOR HER VACATION AND HAS AGREED TO SPONSOR ME TO GO ALONG WITH HER SINCE MY SCHOOL IS ON HOLIDAY AND ALSO AS A GIFT FOR MY BIRTHDAY.-Dont know if this will do.
Documents that I will submit:
Employment letter
Confirmation letter
Introduction letter
Payslip (6mth)
Bank statement of abt 3.3million
Money market certificate of 10 million
CSCS on-line account statement
Hotel booking
Fight ticket
Staff I.D card
Tax Certificate
For my Brother:
His school ID card
Introduction letter for Registry
His acceptance letter
School Fees Receipt
Course registration form
School Medical form to show fitness
LGA certificate

sorry for the lengthy mail, I just done want any rejection especially for my brother who it is his 1st time. I seek your advice on the application and the neccasary document to help the visa process. Also how do you get a Planned itinerary of activities to do while on vacation?

Thank you and expecting your response.
