How will I have an account and not know that there is a sending limit involved?

I have a UK account too and there is no way that I can enter into a deal with anyone knowing that my account has limits.

I had refused sending anymore money after the teat as I saw a sign of this kind of behaviour.

I do withdrawals for people in freelance platforms and at the moment, my paypal account is under permanent limitation cos of multiple emails but i still paid all the people i withdrew for all their money while I work with paypal to get the 2000+ pounds trapped in the account.

However, I still use a couple of exchangers to help my clients when they want to withdraw and Ajibade Ademola [demosoft] was one of the people that I used few times.
In that time, a client withdrew 53 usd and I already paid him but Demosoft hadnt paid me then his account was limited and he refused paying me because his account was limited instead of finding a way to get his account back.

When i saw this behaviour, I refused to do more than the 81.90 i sent earlier on the test and I even asked him to take it at any price and pay me off but he refused telling me that the agreement was that I send more and we split the money on top

I had no choice but to send 1200 to him and he started telling me stories after a client had paid for it.

While sending this money, I told him and he said ok.
Meanwhile, the company had to take some days to do a video verification of my account and my UK passport.

After which they released the payment .

When it was time to send out the payment, he started telling me cock and bull stories.

I refunded the client that paid me and asked him to send ot to myUK account which he said was the only option but he came up with another shitty story the next day
Ontop of it, he was asking me for his cut

Then we go back to status quo. Which is me transferring funds to the account she provided and we split the 70naira per dollar profit on it as agreed.

If she doesn't want that then I will need her consent here publicly to file unrecognised fund with my bank. And then they take it up and locate the sender.

Please note that she never gave me any proof of sending money yet I waited all this while..

She's trying to blackmail me here .

It's natural for her to be apprehensive or sceptical at this point. I think it is very wrong of you to hold on to her money whether she apologises or not. if she wants refund, refund. The burden to prove your honesty and integrity rests on you. This is a simple matter. Business is based on trust. You have other customers and potentially new customers watching how you would resolve this matter. To maintain your integrity, refund her, apology or not. No sentiment. Holding on to that money any longer, intensifies the suspicion. And this is not good for your reputation.

Please tell me how to refund her . Money was paid by depositing into my account . Except you want me to call my bank and file unrecognised fund

My dear does it mean that you are not aware of the limit on your account before accepting her offer to help? If you are in us and the person she wants the money sent to is also in us then I don't see any limit restricting you here.

am in Nigeria presently which she's fully aware of. Also the transaction is wellsfargo to bank of America.

sir , every account has limit. Money that was suppose to come in 2 weeks ago finally dropped 3 days ago when sending limit is left with 380 for the month.

Truth is I was no longer expecting her money cos it's passed the normal 3 days arrival .

Or cos she claims to send funds I shouldn't use my account anymore ?

of all clients i have had dealings with, shes the first to call me fraud. i go overboard to satisfy everyone not a single case of fraud or scam but she lacks little patience and has bad attitude. i have nothing to do with the funds . but i will only send after she retracts all the craps she posted about me and post apology across all my threads for defamation of character. Our agreement is to sell the funds using my account and intend to honour that. problem is the sending limit that i have exhausted which would be reset next month. but i offered to send using other means so has not to keep her waiting till next month. Ones she has retracted the posts and written an apology we can return to status quo , but if she doesn't wanna deal with me again , its cool but problem here would be how to refund since the money was direct bank deposit.

what happened in summary was. we had an agreement for her to use my US account to sell USD . she was suppose to make deposit some 2 weeks ago but the money came in 3days ago . now she requested i send it to her client but this moment i have 380 usd sending limit left . and i wrote her with a screenshot. gave her alternatives which she refused and she decided tarnishing my name would resolve her case, threatening me with US embassy and lawyers like i am gonna chicken out. I am a citizen and got no worries and also i am only assisting but she decided to test my meekness.

Now he is outrightly saying that he wont release my money.

Someone even paid me for it and I had to refund as he refused to send it.

Thanks for the opportunity giving. meetmal03 contacted me with a proposition that she want us to form a partnership whereby she sends money into my US account through a website called sendvalu then i wire the money to customers in need of dollars in US. because this site is new to both of us.
she decided to test them by sending 81.90$. i got the money deposited in my account and i notified her about it. she promised to send more . Our deal was based on 55 - 45% (where i take 45%). she claims to purchase payoneer funds for 240naira and will resell at 310naira through my US account.

After about 2 weeks of the 81.90 dollar deposit, another 1200 came on wednesday making it total of 1281.90. i confirmed to her as well of receiving it and she said okay. yesterday she sent me an account number asking me to credit the account the total sum of 1281.90 and i told her total amount can't be send cos of fees (we already discussed all this the first day she contacted me on this partnership). she said okay and i should do it, then i told her i will ones am home.

Immediately i got the chance i logged and discovered that my monthly online transfer limit is having 380 left. i sent her my online banking screenshot so she knows am not making it up. Also i gave her option of me using western union to do direct deposit into the customers account and she declined .

i asked her to wait till this morning while i contact my bank to know if i can use wire transfer and they said online limit has been reached and would have to come in person before it can be done. and i asked told her that i was able to contact a friend today(friday) and the person is willing to assist by sending the funds to the account she provided. normally i wouldn't go that extra mile but cos i wanted to satisfy her i did and she started by calling me names and threatened me.

my battery was low which i also informed her and even sent a screenshot . this evening i charged and saw all the negative comments across my threads. Immediately i contacted her and said i won't refund a penny till she retracts all. also i demand an apology.

she also told me she will write US embassy and my bank wellsfargo. i advised her to contact African Union also and other missions across the globe cos i won't be intimidated.

thats what happened. Guess my offence here is cos i told her i could send to her client using other alternatives. if i am fraud or scam, i won't offer such.
