It's reported by Yale medicine study center that Environment, Genetics and other biological factors are thought to play a role in aggressive outburst on kids which is usually preceded by strong feeling of anger.

Now, most parents will often wonder if this aggressive behaviors in their kids is normal or a spiritual issue.

Parents often forget that as they struggle to cope with things like divorce, death of a loved one, separation, loneliness, et.c. their kids also have difficulties coping as well. Do you know that children too can get depressed?

Generally speaking, aggression is considered to have a negative function that not only elicits disapproval from others, but also is evaluated as destructive and damaging in its consequences. However, Blustein (1996) argues that the term “aggressive” behavior is ambiguous, denoting both positive and negative behaviors. For example: Applying aggression to your business marketing strategies which is popularity referred to as Aggressive marketing.

Solution

1) Spend time with your kids doing only what he/she loves. Give them attention.
2) Avoid exposing your kids to conflicts or any violent outburst in your environment.
3) Be your child's model of love, forgiveness, kindness good manners. Show them how to let go of unpleasant thoughts by keeping their minds occupied with pleasant things.
4) Teach them to be calm. Teach your kids to breathe in and out before responding to annoying/unpleasant issues.
5) Encourage them to read positive books. If you're a Christian, provide them a BIBLE and study it with them. The word of God has a way of calming every storm in and around us. For example, David played the instrument and the evil spirit in Saul left him.
6) Learn and teach your kids to pray. In our mouths lie the power of life and death. Surreal life into your kids at specific hours of the day I.e. Midnight, 5am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm. You can ask God to lead you to a praying church/fellowship.
7) Talk with your child calmly to find out what it is that causes him/her stress and makes him react in this manner. Understand the pattern and help accordingly.
If the situation has lasted for a long time already and has become dire, it is best to get him to an anger management counsellor for professional attention while you continue to place your hand on the child's head to pray what you want into him.
