Then attached is 2 units of 2 Bedroom Flats with 3 toilets and 2 baths each, sitting room, sit outs, kitchen and stores.

Car Park for at least 6cars.

Plot size 60/120fit

*1*12 plank. 450 length
*2*3 plank 300 length
*bamboo 300 length
*carpenter collected 160k
*iron bender 140k
* cost of electrical work 450k ( not for only this slab only)
*little 1st stage plumbing work for the slab only 45k
*concrete caster man 180k

You wouldn't believe that some clients will come and tell you that this is too high of a cost. Well, I always say, be on ground to see this materials used before your eyes.

Stone Dust is not always used unless client needs it to be used. Fine sharp sand does the work still.
