And it would have stamp and seal should you want to go for government approval.

There is an option of electrical plan if you want that as well at #50,000.00

Additional to the design is. You will get a free 3D Design or prototype as you call it for the design itself from us.

To painting... However, note. The cost stated here is for this particular building. Your interior finishes and choice of materials quality could either make it lower or much higher than this one
