We have yet another proposed commercial property design for a client.
This is the first commercial property design for the year 2024.

Modern Hospital and Lab Design:
This design features "Hospital and Lab" to serve client staff and general public. The design is a length of 50m and a width of 12m.
It has all features of a modern day hospital at full option. Theater room, emergency room, two big receptions for both the Lab and the hospital, doctor's offices and many other offices, Male wards, Female wards, Children wards, Private wards, Conference rooms, Pharmacy room, Laboratories and storage facilities. Name it, we have it in here.

Its an existing bungalow office spaces that we are converting to a modern hospital design.

We will be sharing some real life pictures of this project here as well after this first post on the existing before we came up with a redesigned proposal for the client.

We also did a SHOWROOM Facility Design for the client on two suspended floors.

With respect to your enquiry. It will take 2 - 3 Weeks for Complete Drawings. Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Drawings To be completed.

However, architectural design can be ready first in just 3 - 7 Working Days.
