If u are really into the lyrical/philosophical aspect of music, then I guess u will agree wit him.I bought his last album(jesse jagz nation) twice now and if u've listened to it u'll knw dat it was a really researched lyrical content.I guess he's really into the mary J school of thought now(which probably prompted the statement),but u can't take anytin away from it...there were some wrds he used that I had to check d dictionary for its meaning...its dat lyrically strong. And since he was referring to hard work,I tink he also has a say cause u don't need to be told dat almost all popular songs of now adays were not properly tot of/inspired.....No controversey for now,but dude....u need to easen up on d trees tho..... Do u knw dis guy actually designed his album cover wit da Mary J logo... |
Benzema & demaria again ?haba...its like dis man tinks fans r daft....where in d history of crazy market buys has he ever heard dat madrid sold two key players to a club why must it be the difficult/awkward transfers wenger makes....besides tho Benzema is classy,we already have our share of sluggishly gay looking strikers....can't he get a striker dat can bully defenders witout an injury history?must he buy french players if he was d coach of madrid wld he sell two players to a club haba,he's just making panic bids @ d late hour,it is only Arsenal FC that I knw of in d world that has excess cash and their manager says he is still looking for players:O :s how silly does dat sound.what is going on in dat club![]() |
Yea apparently we lost a game and two key playes @ home to an opposition that nearly got relegated last season..its really a kick in d teeth for Wenger considering d unquestionable faith he has in his mediocre players....yea a few huffs and puffs but dis is not wat champions are made of...d truth is dere is more to it dan we d fans r told...first of all sum1 needs to explain to our board dat football has passed d era of cheap buys dat turns to superstars...if u want a player pay for him simple...dnt consider d profit u will get wen u want to sell dat player to city or Barca....yea dere r still a few michu's out there but oder clubs r watching him too,Secondly why do u ave to keep doing d same tin year in year out and expect a different result something is wrng somewhere and we d fans r jst being sweettalked....the most painful tin is I believe d club is now in a state dat even buying Messi is not gonna change much cause d Villa loss on d opening day has shown that AW really has lost touch on how to motivate/get d best out of his players(sometin an average paul lambert did wit ease)...plus d mentality @ d club is jst not rite. How can the target of a club (like Arsenal)every season be champions league spot sometin d manager will be proud to say.I have slowly watched how dis man AW haw single handedly(wit d help of d board of cause)turned us to a mediocre club...besides they say he is good @ Economics but tell me wen was d last player he sold considered a profit let's give him d benefit of d doubt that he has injury problems but unfortunately dis cannot hold water anymore cause we have been told(officially)that he has funds and so he shld ave bolstered his squad b4 now....let's see if he can miraculously guide us to 4th spot again(sometin we have seen become a norm but wat pple dnt knw is dat it has actually been Tottenham's inability and not Wengers effectiveness) and give reporters dat wry smile after d last game of d season by saying.....I ave always believe in dis squad and they are going to challenge for d title next season......but isn't dat wat u ave been saying in d previous 8 years?![]() |
Am i the only one that can see that this is a selective and biased assessment of a relationship ? @ Op isn't this called being carefree I mean is that supposed to mean that he doesn't love you so if he does your laundry, delivers the fish to your mum means he can sacrifice and is a perfect man Please please this is an 8 year relationship and these excuses you are writing here seems fishy.Honestly my opinion is that you have started seeing someone better around you in that Abuja and all of a sudden the things you do without stress have sudden become a big deal (assumption) Men can be changed genuinely and if you really love him and want him to, you just have to make him see reasons why a change in his attitude will benefit you both, but anyone that advices you to terminate an 8 year relationship because of thess little inadequacies your man has is not doing so in your best interest. Unless there is something else you are not saying ![]() |
Nigerians…. what a race. I’ve come to understand/learn that you guys only take things seriously when it affects you directly…..It seems blabbing is what we are really very good at but we never get to do anything positive…..That’s ok but it almost becomes a sin when you aim your blabs at someone who obviously wants to do something positive that could help save a life…..please if you have nothing to contribute to this thread, it’s not by force….LEAVE OOOOO |
Nigeria’s Super Eagles battled the defending champions, Zambia, at the AFCON in that dejavu all-white kits on the 25th January at the Mbombela stadium. They will also play Ethiopia in the last group in the same outfit. I recall, as soon as I entered the hall where I watched the game and noticed we were in all white, I said in reflex reaction, “this match will end in a draw”. I got bad mouths. As soon as the match ended, some asked me why I did the prediction that came to pass. The Super Eagles have lost two Nations Cup finals to Cameroon while sporting all-white strips, in 1988 and 2000. The 2000 final loss is or should still be fresh to Nigerians. Austin ‘Jay Jay’ Okocha-inspired the Super Eagles to fight back from two goals down to draw level in front of their home fans in Lagos and so drag the championship game into a penalty shootout. When Victor Ikpeba’s penalty struck off the bar and the ball projected downwards, which in a ball game and refereeing, it is a trite rule that it is a goal. Even though television replays later showed that the ball fully crossed the goal line. The referee ruled it as not a goal and Cameroon smuggled the trophy away to Yaounde! Nigerians grieved sorely. That was another match our national teams have won white jersey and can’t pull a win! Cadet World Cups: Recall the defeat of the Flying Eagles in the hands of France at the FIFA Under 20 World Cup in Colombia? In Saudi Arabia in 1989, despite the “Damaan miracle” (God bless Ernest Okonkwo in his grave), we played up to the final. We were in white. We lost the game. We also got to the final in 2005 and we did not go ahead to win the cup. We played in white. I recall as a reporter in National SportsLink, some senior colleagues when I first wrote a full page analysis of the matches we have lost in white jersey told me at the National Stadium, Surulere: “What rubbish. What utter rubbish”. Paul Bassey, Adegboyega Okegbenro, Muyiwa Daniel and a host of others towed that line. Exception to the white jersey?: Just trying to cross check my facts again. I stumbled on a statistic log on my system, where in the column I tagged “Jersey” that Coach Yemi Tella actually won the World U-17 trophy with a white jersey! I recall an old interview I had with Chief Adegboye Onigbinde on this issue. This is what the old teacher of Mount Carmel school in Ilorin said, “in all my life time, I have never seen jerseys playing football. Whenever we have a problem we quickly look for an excuse. It is a bad workman that quarrels with his tools.” 20th jinx of the white jersey?: By my count, Nigeria’s national teams (since I started journalism in 1985 which my records can carry through) will wear the jinxed white shirt against Ethiopia in the AFCON in South Africa. By the results of the white jersey, we have recorded 19 losses (the 19th against Zambia on the 25th January, 2013). Can we get a second victory against the jinx in the Ethiopia match in three days’ time or record the 20th match loss jinx in white jersey? Hold your peace. Its just three days away from here. I've said it b4 and I'm saying it again....d problem wit EKSU is dat Lagosioans are being given too much quota in terms of admission.Dats why every vice is in excess there....wats d rationale behind dis??Not to mention d rate @ which mirijuanna is being smoked @ every nook and cranny of dat area....d result is violence.I graduated from dere and I can tell u dat Houses, cars and lives ave been lost cause some boys got high on weed.I've stayed/been to every region in Nigeria and I can categorically tell u dat I've never seen marijuana consumption like dat b4.Its like livin in Colombia...Sometin has to be done |
Is this a joke thread Why should I As a matter of fact, why should anybody And since we've established that any sane Nigerian (knowing what he and his cohorts have done/doing e.g BH sponsoring)has had enuff of mismanagement and bloodshed, the logical question should be,What will make a Nigerian want to vote for this man besides the money factor?? |
