Politics › Re: Ajimobi Directs Ibadan Butchers To Move To New Multi-billion Naira Central Abatt by deomelllo: 6:33pm On Apr 12, 2018

So, 11 local government areas will share just one abattoir? Is this man ok? Doesn't he know how big Ibadan is?

Ajimobi explained that the abattoir was a joint venture among a private establishment, C & E Consulting Ltd, the state government, the 11 LGs and 14 Local Council Development Areas in Ibadanland, as well as the butchers.

This is a joint venture between the state and the same 11 LCDAs and the fact that it's enough or not enough doesn't mean butchers shouldn't use this facility.

I wonder if we will ever grow beyond partisan politics and tribal sentiments in this Country. Rather than people talk about the SMEs that the VP went for, all that concerns people here are whether people gather to welcome the VP or not.

What a shame!!

Sadly, I don't even think they know the meaning of MSME to start with. They need a sane and rational level of intelligence to debate or discuss MSME and it's importance regarding their local economy, well being and economic future.
