The aptitude test isn't in batches. Supply chain test was for yesterday while Finance is for today. About 150 candidates only were shortlisted for both roles to write the aptitude test. Successful applicants at this test stage would get invite for A.C/Interview before end of next week which would be done the following week. Offers likely to be made before end of June for resumption in August.

Just very few guys are needed for the residential training.

To start with, has anyone received a love letter yet (ie rejection mail)? Please let us know.

I hope they wont do like the recruiters for Total, its when they are done with successful candidates, then they will bend down and sent the rest the so called love letter.

It's not fair to call for applications en masse and contact only those with M.Sc

I dont think thats the case, because I and some persons with Masters haven't been contacted yet.

When I was called then, when many of us was called to confirm some details, weeks back, I asked the recruiter what was the bases for selection, the person answered that It will be on a random selection because of the massive number of applicants.

However, lets believe its not over yet. Because if the interview will be Virtual, then notification will be sent in small numbers of persons batch, because they will need time to screen persons duely online.

So lets keep the Faith up, this is my opinon.

As long as they are yet to start test, everything is still under control. You can only know the process is over when people start getting test invite.

About the age criteria, I will say you are wrong because I know someone older than me that got the mail. I also know someone that we are both of same age that got the mail and I did not get, in fact we are good friends.

And these people I made reference to above, none of them had masters, none of them had first class but they all had 2.1.

So let's just be calm. Speculations won't help at the moment.

True Talk, lets wait a little while, but some Nigerians actions dont let us trust processes any long. However we will keep patient until 'Test Invite' is issued out. Then we embarassed

For those that will reach the final stage, Congratulations in advance, because you are opportunde. Because most of Nigerian Breweries Plc stock is owned by Heineken. And Heineken is the second best brewery company in the world, know for its standard in staff welfare, opportunities and operations. wink
