I think reason for this delay is due to the new immigration law that is due to be out anytime soon, Critical skill takes One week from lagos before but its now take months.

My Advice to people submitting critical skill Visa, Always try to submit with Offer Of employment, and other letter listed on the checklist. This will give you more chance of getting your work visa in time.

Nigeria bank sell usd and you can buy it. When you arrive SA you change it to Rand that is the best way.

Try banks in Island, I always buy USD when am in Lagos from Gtb in Island. If you need Rand they also have it

Go to google and check SAQA.. you will be able to know the cost... I give you the basic information you need.

I don't know the application fee for SAQA now.

You will need to send your credentials to SAQA, Like your WAEC certificate, Degree Transcript and certificate. and fill the form online.. After you fill the form online and submitted the required documents. Your result will be evaluated to SA equivalent.

After all that, You can start to apply to schools and you take it up from there,
