Hmmm, I cant really say. But once the permit was approved i don't think it will affect your PR application. saintobi009: if I overstay my visitors visa then get a permit in SA will it affect my chances of PR in future ? |

Application in SA seem more faster than in Nigeria, That my observation but in most case i do have insider that i use for some applications. In SA CSV take within 1 Month. Firewall02: @Sircreeden Relative visa from Lagos takes 8-10 months (by default) to process reason been that DHA need to verify the marriage documents you submitted and some other stuffs. You can scroll through some pages on this thread to read a guy who got married to an SA gal. |

No this should have been approved long ago. Sircreeden: Same agent has been the one processing my visitors visa since 2014 and now I brought my sa gal to Nigeria and we got married even her new ID has my name... Submitted all necessary documents though...this is taking longer then expected |
Travel › Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by depoty22: 12:35pm On May 10, 2019 |
it shouldn't take that long. If he submit without pushing it may take long. The application that are faster are CSV and study. You need to keep pushing him, it will be out. Sircreeden: I applied for relative since Jan 30th 2019 till now no news... Does it take that long or what do you think?
My agent kept telling me to be patient and I'm tired of hearing that |

I think SA embassy will grant you a visa for the short course, All you should do is to register with the organisation and maybe you should make part payment of the course and also ask them for supporting documents you will use to secure your visa. Don't forget to ask if they do offer refund in case your visa is not granted. Wish you all the best. anotherguyonNL: Hey house, I intend to apply for a short term (8weeks) production course at SAE in South Africa, I would like to know if SA embassy would give visa for a short term stay of 8 weeks, if yes how do I go about the process? I would really appreciate your response. |

No ways, Saqa takes only 2 to 4 weeks, If they are able to verify your qualification with your school. I think you can still register for Hons as soon as your SAQA is completed. Predstan: Is there any school that the application are still open for honors degree to resume this year? I sent 100k to someone since January for SAQA and since then SAQA has not been completed he’s also assuring me that I will get admitted for honors in engineering this year to resume by September. Is that all lies?? |

No, The school will not admit you without a study permit. ayomide8990: Please can I study with Relative Visa |

Firewall02: As a first timer the immigration officers will definitely collect something from you.......Bros you can't escape this. I once fall into this when coming to SA in 2017 |

Am talking from experience, Have been in SA for years and if you know your movement ita will not attack you. When you go clubbing and show off, You inviting problem. There are skill jobs, People that do security jobs dont have papers or qualification. When you enter without the right permit, you will always have problems. mosk2k: U are right but were are the jobs in SA?even with work or study permit its so hard to get better job opportunities unless unskilled jobs like security, bouncer etc when the permits lapse in a few years u start running helter skelter to renew again! If u av capital u can start up a venture thou and pray u are not attacked by tortise/ita! Good luck thou....It is well. |
