The question is why is he always buying tv up and down?? He should recheck the wiring of his inverter or better still save up money and get brand new TV.

Simple truth, I doubt any business man here will suggest full refund for a successful business...
I doubt....this used item you bought for crying out loud it's not brand new TV...
Buyer and seller have to reach agreement simple.... seller you have conscience to be honest with you...we all know how all this works it's because the buyer got him from nairaland if not, if you go to warehouse to buy TV if it get issues you come back to say is bad? Good person will listen to you bad person will show you way to a technician that's all what you do with him is not his problem....
My point still remains no business man that it will favour to do full refund. It pays to take back the item and gives a new one than to take refund option....

Good morning to my fellow Nairaland family...

I'm sincerely sorry for coming here this morning with my challenge, but here is my last hope at the moment..

Last year I made the worst mistake of my life, by trusting a friend, I'm still paying for that very mistake till this moment..

The friend I got the money from later lost his wife during child birth, it wasn't easy both for me and him, (a Nairalander here) sent something to me as well then..

When the pressure became much I had to borrow from a loan app to send to the guy, something I haven't done b4..

It hasn't been easy for me since then, I hardly sleep at night..

I don’t know if I can come out of this, that's why I'm soliciting for help from anyone that is led, I'm posting with my main account, and I'm willing to drop any evidence if need be..

I also have a wardrobe that I've put up for sell, bought brand new last year..

Selling for 55k thank and God bless.

Exactly Full Refund if he knows he wants to save his Name. No Stories.

This won't be easy to do for him. But he should Man Up, Save his Brand Name and count it as one of those bad business.

All the best to everyone.

It's never easy to give customer full refund...never easy, there's nothing like open box on tokumbo TV....
Where open box imply much is on brand new things and this TV in question is not brand new, rather it's foreign used (tokumbo)
Open box is close to brand new in fact it's brand new, sometimes never used item.
Both parties has spent money.....if is possible for the seller he can give him another one with warranty but the buyer also has to commit something

Of course I have to mention Igbos cos most of us are fed up with the nonsense Yoruba leaders are doing especially in Lagos... Lagos state almost fell to the hands of IPOBs if not for God.

This same Sanwo Olu gave like 5 Igbos about 20 million naira each despite the massive looting of shops and businesses at Lekki all the way down to Bode Thomas in Surulere during EndSars.

What rubbish!!

How will Yorubas be getting treated shabbily in their own home while aliens keep getting all the compensation. How many Yorubas Sanwo Olu don help?

I pity the mindset you have

Honestly

Take your eye off her..for like a week don't complain of her attitude towards you nor your children, try and take care of your kids by your self if you can....after one week if she didn't notice change in her attitude call her and please don't argue with her please....ask her what you have done wrong....if she explains fine if she didn't still leave her ...
Continue doing your thing tell her divorce is not the viable option here.....sir hope you are bringing something to the table?
