As Wanaj0 will ask, 'what has changed?'
Even 'emotions' are on FULL BID alongside stocks ... grin
Onegentleguy has finally thrown Peter off board... grin
Peter started today with NEUTRAL statements, afraid to be wrong... grin
Being afraid of being wrong is very costly, being humble and having the mindset that any entry or exit is a potential wrong move separate the experienced trader from the green horn... grin
I feel this is another opportunity to inspect your car engines and do the right thing before you soon run out of spare parts... grin

LOL.

You.mean they have got to return to car park and then start the journey afresh?

What if there's a fuel crisis once they get to the park, what happens to the journey?
Driver excuse himself to visit the rest room, leave conductor behind, later conductor too sneaks away, passengers start to Jaaaaaaaa grin

Remember what happened to that patient dog? The damn dog ended up with no bone.

Some peeps bought Fidelity at N1.50 and when it traded above N4.00, felt like having more patience with the stock, that patience will get it to N6. They are still waiting.

Wonders of NSE.
Their driver forgot his driving license at the park, on sighting road safety, he had to return for it... grin

...technically, buying pressure is expected at the highlighted area if at all the stock mistakenly dip to the area. But most importantly, is to keep watching the NSE index and see general market reactions at every level.

I am experimenting with some stocks now and it is fun to see how a weak and undecided market can be toyed with by weak hands... grin
There are stocks that were supposed to close at opening price, I deliberately bought, as an experiment, to give them a new low... grin
I wish to discover some bottoms myself... grin

I actually think his bear related post is too much.

During Bullish period, some people sef get trapped in some wicked stocks and make massive loss.

As we speak in this bearish times, some persons still have very good capital appreciation. Some stocks are actually inching up.
Whenever there is excessive BEARISH NEWS, there is a BULLISH TRAP close by and vice versa... grin

Alot has changed. DF closed #17:81 on 10th Jan and as at last Friday it closed #8:90k. That's a whooping 50% decline.

And it will take a whooping 100% increase to get back to the Jan 10th closing price.

Imagine if you sold all your holdings in Jan by now you can double your holdings if you want.

Except for an INSIDER, one need to trade meticulously and not necessarily be in the market all year round else the person will end up losing TIME, MONEY and ENERGY.

*ThE OcToPuS*
Bring out your post that advised people to sell at N17.81 and wait to buy back at N8.90... grin

The 10 biggest losser in one month:
Japaul oil -50%
Dangfour -33.08%
Diamond bank -32.18%
Equityasur -27.59%
Fidelity-25.49%
First bank -22.50%
Transcorp -21,76%
Aiico-20.83%
Oando-20.77%
Dangsugar-19.51%
My deductions from the WINNING LOSERS... grin
How portfolios are battered:
You were hit very hard in Diamond, you jumped with what was left into Fidelity, met with another very strong stick, diverted into Dangflour counting on Alhaji who dodged you, then you decided to fly away on Caverton flight 009 and get away to Zenith or Guaranteed Island and landed during a Hurricane.
Even with Morgan, Morgan's bankers will be proud of their customer.... grin

Wow. I didn't know a platform like this existed.
All the shares I bought when I started trading myself some 2/3 months past have gone down, some to half the price sef.

It is discouraging to say the least.
grin
Think about the number of times you've looked at a price chart and said to yourself, "Hmmm, it looks
like the market is going up (or down, as the case may be)," and what you thought was going to happen
actually happened. But you did nothing except watch the market move while you anguished over all the
money you could have made.
There's a big difference between predicting that something will happen in the market (and thinking
about all the money you could have made) and the reality of actually getting into and out of trades. I
call this difference, and others like it, a "psychological gap" that can make trading one of the most
difficult endeavors you could choose to undertake and certainly one of the most mysterious to master.
The big question is: Can trading be mastered? Is it possible to experience trading with the same ease
and simplicity implied when you are only watching the market and thinking about success, as opposed
to actually having to put on and take off trades?

Please, I need thoughts on Sterling Bank. I hate to leave Diamond Bank but I have to.

Is Sterling Bank good to buy @ N1.41 TA or FA wise??
