lionshare: With competitors like NNPC and major marketers importing PMS, the market will become too competitive for him to make a profit. In a monopoly situation, he could set prices or even request subsidies while selling at higher prices compared to imports. Do you know Nigeria has some private refineries already and modular ones. Though they are not up to dangote capacity at the moment. Whom do they sell to? That is the main question. |

Acidosis: Your babies and I are doing well o, my sister. They’ll be 5 months soon. It hasn’t been easy juggling everything with the two of them, but it would have been so much harder without the supports. Every day, I wake up thankful, and watching them grow and hit new milestones keeps me going. I should start sending pictures/videos to you
I completely understand what you mean about this place making you sick. The struggles are and heartbreaking. And with the recent hike in tariffs and fuel prices, I can’t even begin to imagine how much harder things will become in another week or two. Even business owners are struggling, but we keep pushing forward.
How have you been too? I noticed you haven’t been around much lately. Haaaaa We need those pictures( don't mind me, I am pulling your legs) I am good but very stressed. Had to let go of a major project cos of my mental health. It has been so stressful doing that. Everybody was so angry with me but if something happen to me today, less than one month, they will move on while my family and kids will not so yep, I just ended it. Have been to hospital twice cos of stress. And I hardly go to hospital. Aside this, I am very OK. Thanks for asking. May the spirit of your late wife continue to protect you and the kids( I am a traditionalist a bit). You all will be fine. |

cococandy: The person you’re even quoting is a woman.
Look at how misogyny makes you people act. Dishing blanket insult to anyone you perceive to be a woman.
I’m sure if you knew she was a woman even though she was trying to corroborate what you were saying, you’d have still found a way to insult her I tire for these people. This issue was heavily trashed here like 4 or 5 yrs ago extensively by lots of diaporians here especially those in uk. I learnt a lot from the discussions then. It was a very good debate for days and days if I can remember. That video was what sparked the whole debate. It's an old video that was why I looked for it. Those members are gone. Few just come and peep. Teens are everywhere. I understand the plight of Nigerian women abroad. Yes, it takes a strong woman and a dedicated husband to survive as a Nigerian married woman abroad. Oga will not like to cook yet you two work. When you are so tire from work and house chores, oga want you to mount him, you said you are very tired, it become an issue. Oga will not even do common laundry. Oga has two families in the same UK and Nigeria. Most are feed by their wives cos they can't stoop so low to do some jobs meant for poor people. Loads of loads of issues and when you contact family, they will either brush it off or support their son. I have seen so many. Few times I ended up in the hospital was because of stress and oga plays his part a lot. What about where oga don't help? Never know one can be so stressed your mental wellbeing will be in danger. As long as it's against naija woman, it's a hot topic. Reno ex wife was blamed for making reno hit her. What more. |

Na saint them be....they don't ever do evil.... I am not oga. I am a lady. I live in uk and yes our men can drive you mad but there are so many instances where our women run to the police for some stupid things you have in every family including the brits. The men are not helping matters at all and cos of freedom to finally complain to who will hear them out once, they tend to overdo it. That's the message the met police was passing across. |

That same time, met police were looking for yoruba speakers to join the police specifically for this. It was too much then. Little matters that can be handled by family we're always taken to the police where police has bigger cases to handle and it was like tagged wasting tax payers money on frivolities. Police looked for Nigerians who are fluent in yoruba in Peckham if I can remember. |

Calitoscassius: Everyone must be fat in the eyes of Naigeerians, if you are not fat they claim you are sick..
I was really fat 5 years ago, i lost weight co's my BP was always high, Doctor told me to cut down on fried eggs, meat, beer, salt and any food which contains fat oil, I did, 5 years ago. I am have slim since then.
I lost weight means i am sick, According some morrons on here. How do you get your protein cos you need it more than carbohydrate. Unless you have cholesterol issue, can't see why you can't eat agg. You also need fat and oil. Carbohydrate is deadlier than fat and oil. It's better to skip carb and get your energy from healthy fat and oil. So, this Dr. Hmm. |
