And now we're done with first floor and in the process of mounting those 4 massive Corinthian columns in the main building as well as starting parapet carpentry in the other buildings. Last photo is the pillar molding onsite. Note that we molded every single block used for this project onsite. The blocks used for this project has been one of the strongest I've ever used because there was a particular number of blocks we mandated the molders to mold per bag

The 2 houses after deck casting as well as the bungalow up to lintel level

Unfortunately we didn't take any photos of the floor slab casting as well as ground floor blockwork as it was a hectic period where we had a time target to meet and gladly we surpassed the target. We worked on 3 buildings simultaneously on the same site (see attached 3D below) of which 2 were upstairs and one bungalow and we had limited time. But we covered floor slab, ground floor blockwork, lintel carpentry, reinforcement and casting, leveling to 3 extra coaches after lintel, deck carpentry, DPM and now we're at reinforcement Next photos we took was decking reinforcement. Note we ran out of 12mm as the decking was really expansive, meanwhile we had a large stockpile of 10mm in storage. So what we did was used 12mm to run the bottom of the mat and then used 10mm to run the top of the mat but reduced the spacing to 3/4 of the spacing we used for the 12mm. This resulted in an even stronger reinforcement.

Foundation filling, septic tank construction and reinforcement for lintel beams simultaneously
|
We chained the top coach of the foundation wall with reinforced concrete to safeguard against soil movement and also act as an extra beam for the floor slab

We're currently handling the construction of the neo classical Villa in Anambra state and these are a few photos taken during the course of construction. Our construction is as excellent as our designs and clients have testified. These are setting out, excavation, blinding and foundation walling

Hello Properties folks. This is the architect and builder formerly known by the Logon moniker here on Nairaland but I now go by DesignAndBuild. My name is Tochukwu. Good morning to all I first want to thank every single Nairalander that has patronized me in anyway since I started posting adverts here over 3 years ago. I'm grateful for your patronage and don't take it for granted. Pls welcome and enjoy my thread. Here I'll be posting my previous design jobs as well as some construction jobs as well. Note that most of these jobs belong to clients that I met here on Nairaland so incase you come across a design I've done for you before feel free to say hi. Would be nice to reconnect again and also check on the progress of your project. Pls feel free to ask any question or make any enquiry regarding building design and/or construction. My contact details are also contained in my signature below. Welcome! |
Flamemignon1:Hmm An advice: you must not comment on everything. Sometimes you can just mind your own business. Thanks sir |
Flamemignon1:I don't understand the reason for your quote. You quoted to repeat what I said. Whether he's also attracted to trees is not my concern. My concern is the gay parts which I wasn't comfortable with |
Come again?

SenecaTheYonger:You're being too smart for your own good. Did I in anyway imply that this only applies to other people? Read between the lines bro |
