So I'm actually planning to build a house in my dad's compound this year. Came across this particular one (screenshot attached) on jiji and it allured me. Was wondering how much it'd cost to build it. Contractors in the house, answers needed abeg.

5. 1st Master Bedroom with walk-in closet between bathroom and bedroom (Same size as 1st Master Bedroom)
6. Self-Contained Room for Security Man - This rooms should only be accessible from OUTSIDE the main house but should be part of the main house

Do they give u time limit to pay full ?If they do make sure u paid within the time frame ,,if u know u are not capable of paying within the time limit given u donot engage in the contract sale ,,,there will b a clause in d contract sale if u donot pay up as due they can revoke d contract sale and allocate the land to someone else there by they can either refund your money or take u to anoda estate as u suppose!
