All these people quoting 120k, 150k and even 50k do guys know a complete drawing for approval comprises of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings? U're collecting 150k, how much will you pay for service drawings? Then by the time you print and seal how much will be your interest?
You guys are just an embarrassment to the profession.

I am trying to make an enquiry about cost for an Architectural drawing and Structural drawings(Mechanical and Electrical) for a 4 bedroom duplex with a maid room. The land is 30ft by 120ft and it's located somewhere in Badore.

Please note, I am looking at a design where the house can easily be converted to 2 bedroom flat up-and-down or 1 room self contained down and 2 bedroom flat upstairs without too much breaking or remodeling.

I'm sorry to bring this to the romance section, I don't know the appropriate section to post it so I presume it will garner more viewers here.

Guys pls I rented a self con last year and when I went to pay for it, the landlord and his wife were there, the way they struggled the cash from me made me wonder who was the owner of the house. Just last week, prior to my renewal which is next month, the landlord told me he will send me his account number to make the transfer for the renewal, and just two days ago, the wife also told me she will send her account number to me for the same transfer. Now I'm so damned confused on who to make the transfer to, as this might result to enmity btwn me and either of them.

NB: the husband doesn't know the wife requested I transfer the money to her likewise the wife.

I recently bought a land somewhere in Alimosho LGA and will like to know the cost of building a 3 bedroom (4 flat) on the property. Each of the room will have toilet and bath. The livingroom will have standard visitor toilet. What should i looking to budget.
