It will have the following features
1. 3 bedrooms
2. 4 toilets
3. a kitchen with store
4. a lobby
5. dedicated staircase for each of the flats upstairs
6. a parlour/sitting room
7. dinning area

the building will be on a plot of land 60X120 it a perfect rectangle not slanted.

Try to work on your renderings.
The window is too high and no place for lintel and other coaches.
It's really a great error but to encourage try you to learn it better and watch helpful tutorial videos for window adjustment.
From dpc is 4coaches with mortar--900mm/3ft 75mm sill down then your 1200mm
Design depends,some are 600mm from dpc 75mm sill down then abt 1500mm to 1800mm.
