That's not true, u can never be hooked in a 2 hours traffic within Ibadan metropolis. Stayed in ib before moving to lag, traffic situation is very different.

I think you got a very good rate with Stanbic IBTC. The deduction there is at the rate of about 17.2 which is what CBN gave as posted above by Feelamong. The remaining balance of about 62k left in your is the interest paid upfront for your borrowing to government for 182. In 182 days time(@ maturity) your whole 600k will be credited back to your account.
