I'm not a reactionary person but drastic disasters requires drastic measures

1- there is no doubt that Carlo needs to go at the end of the season, he simply is too stubborn and never learns from his mistakes. I have no clue who to bring. Maybe Xabi Alonso or Guti??
2- right back : Carvajal should never start for RM ever again, he has been a disaster the last three seasons its enough.
3- left back : Mendy is injury prone and very unreliable a quality back up is needed.
4- striker : sell Mariano and Jovic bring in a quality back up.
5- DM : Casemiro's advantages can no longer justify his disadvantages , buy a quality DM and bench casemiro, he doesn't need to play every game anymore
6- CB : we need another CB , we are too thin in that position.
7: Kroos doesn't cut it any more we need movement, intensity and verticality he is the opposite of that.

Halaand is a luxury purchase, we need to invest in the fundamentals first.
