Good day all, please am new here and have been reading the trend from page 1, I am interested in Australia immigration program and need your guidance. My profile goes thus:

Single
34yr
Agric. Consultant/ Scientist
B.sc Animal production and health ( Second class upper), M.sc Animal science PhD grade.
IELTS academics 6.5 will lapse by August 2, so am planing to write another one
Self Employed ( poultry and fisher business) for almost 6years.
With the above profile, am I eligible to apply for 189 or 491 and what is the procedure. In addition, am not sure whether to write IELTS academic or general and I don't have a pay slip. Thanks in anticipation.
