22-year-old Sunday Peter, from Obi Local Government Area, Benue State, has been arrested by detectives at the State Criminal Investigation Department of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command State, Abuja, for allegedly stabbing his aunt, Salome Idoko, 35, to death in her own house, just because she refused to give him money for his rent.

Peter who later confessed that he was a member Young Vikings Confraternity, had earlier visited his aunt and her family and spent 3 days with them. Before he left the home, Salome's husband, James Idoko, gave Peter a ride to Maitama, dropped him off and gave him N1000 to cover his transport fare to Maraba, Nasarawa State, where he lived.

The FCT Commissioner of Police, Mr. Abubakar Bello said the gruesome murder took place at about 1:35pm September 28.

Woman left infertile after being raped by dad who killed himself to avoid justice
A woman says she was left infertile after her biological dad repeatedly raped her when she was a child.

Karen Wernham was just seven-years-old when her dad Dave began raping her multiple times a day. The rape continued until she was eight. Karen's parents had separated and she would visit her dad on weekends during which he would sexually assault her.

Karen said her dad even tried to convince her that the rapes would lead to him getting back together with her mother.

Karen said: "The first time it happened, I had been out playing with friends, I was shattered and I fell asleep on the sofa. I woke up sometime later, in great pain in my stomach and he was naked on top of me, grunting and groaning. I didn’t know what was happening and I was just shouting at him to get off me because of the weight of his body on mine. I didn’t understand sex, I was seven and that was the first time he actually did rape me."

A 19-year-old Chicago gang member made an inappropriate video which involved a 15-year-old girl and he is now wanted by the police for statutory rape.

The charges came about when the disturbing video went viral. It shows the 19-year-old boy with a 15-year-old high school girl. The boy was holding a gun to the girl's genitals while asking her whose it is.

"Whose p**** is this?" he asked in the video with the gun in between her legs.
"It's yours," she replied laughing.
"What's my name," he asked and she replied, "Big daddy".

According to reports, the girl's mother saw the video when it went viral and reported to the police. He has now been charged with statutory rape for having sex with a minor.

A man named Patrick Amadi has been jailed two years for smuggling Indian hemp into Kirikiri Prison, in Lagos.

On Friday, November 3rd, Amadi pleaded guilty to one-count of drug trafficking before the Federal High Court in Lagos, and begged the court to temper justice with mercy. Trial judge, Ayotunde Faji, sentenced the 24 year-old-man.

Justice Faji said the prison term should begin from the date of his arrest and admonished him to use the jail period to turn a new leaf and become a better person.....

29-year-old Kehinde Ariyo, who allegedly raped an 85-year-old woman in Ilesa, Osun State was paraded yesterday at the State’s Police headquarters.

According to the State’s Commissioner of Police, Mr Fimihan Adeoye, the old woman sustained serious injury when she was being raped by the suspect before she passed out. He further disclosed that the woman was later resuscitated at a hospital and responding to treatment.

A staff of an Indian hospital in South Delhi, hid in toilets out of fear as Nigerian rival gangs fought inside the hospital with swords and cleavers. It was gathered that the fight started after a member of a rival gang drove up in an auto-rickshaw and barged in, just after 3 wounded men walked into the hospital in Saket while their friends allegedly waited outside around 4am on Saturday.

The rival gangs brandished their swords in a fight that lasted for nearly an hour in the hospital reception. A guard who tried to stop them was also beaten and left injured, as captured in CCTV.

The staff and nurses of the clinic reportedly bolted all access to the upper floors where patients are recovering. According to NDTV,the groups allegedly vandalized the hospital and ran away before the police arrived, leaving a broken door on the floor.
