Wow, are you really sure is winner take it all, and Big Brother does not pay other housemates at least, for their time spent on the show. I mean, some actually quited their jobs just to be on the show. |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by Dfrenzy(m): 11:15am On Nov 15, 2014 |
Please people, apart from the BBA eventual winner, do other constants/participants/housemates get any form of payments/compensations/consolations |

braindamage: ..a wager is simply to put money on something, like a bet. In this case the housemates wager in percentages(25, 50, 75 & 100 if I am right) for their shopping, in line with their task presentation for that week. They simply get what they wager, if the task presentation is a success. Thanks, so what happens if the housemates lose an 100 percent wager? |

dynamitee: errrr. .. I thought idris was a comedian and jj was a songwriter and singer? These talents are getting confusing. On Tuesday I thought sipe was a singer, now in the DS she mentioned that she has a fashion thing Idris i believe is a dancerl, photographer and some other things, jj is a rapper, dancer and some other things. |

Cestmoi1: Samantha shared with Biggie during her diary last evening that JJ had affected her game because he wanted something serious with her yet she thought they were just playing and having fun. “JJ affected my game. We are not cool and have not spoken for sometime. Kacey told me that JJ told him that I was giving him a cold shoulder which he didn’t deserve,” she said Culled: BBA hotshot channel Will start culling and be pasting it here.... Thanks for the update. |

dynamitee: the only two dancers in the house are in team B. .. I am now officially very worried for Tayo. Luis is going home this week, so that means there will be only 8 people to nominate from I think... If kaycee stays there is a good chance he and tayo would be nominated together if their team loses... If that happens, roa and Uganda are tayo's only hope cos idris is the only East African in that group, and I think sheila, size, Jj, butterphly and 275 are the only southern Africans in that group and it is unlikely they would all be up with tayo and kaycee. I really hope my analysis is wrong, and I really hope we don't have to vote next week Idris and jj are also dancers so, anything can still happen. |

Am just glad that, Big Brother was smart enough to take Tayo off the award list next week by tagging the week starmeter 'the most sneaky housemate'. We all know that's more of an insult than a compliment, once again, congrats to Tayo for last week x-factor award, congrats to Tayo for this week sexiest housemate award and, advance congrats to either JJ, KC moore, Frankie or Permithians for next week most sneaky housemate award (honestly, that should have been an Alusa award, too bad he left without it). |

forkadict: Well on other issues, I kinda agree he is intelligent. But dude isn't game smart. Hw should have restricted his nominations to west african housemates. But as things stand rightnow, he has made enemies of Zambia. In the event that Macky2 doesnt make it to the finals and he does, then he can kiss Zambia good bye It's all a game, and every game is about strategies, although some strategies might be seen as very risky or even stupid. Just like you have stated, everything depends on probability, |

Forwetinnah: Same...maybe they lodged in 2 hotels, "my babylon" more like saying " my hotel" I doubt it, was there any form of choosing bed or bedroom done. Cuz, i observed that Nhlanhla, sheila any few others stay upstairs while the whole bunch stay downstairs. |

14: It seems you have just started watching BBA this year. Big brother will mes up with your head and surprise you at the end, most prices are the to instigate animosity amongst Housemates. Those votes are not audited, so dont just believe what you see all the time, you might be shocked just as like last year. i guess you saw the results between JJ and tayo, Tayo losing out from weak JJ. That was a wake up call,so stop being sentimental and enjoy the show. How am i being sentimental? |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by Dfrenzy(m): 9:43am On Oct 21, 2014 |
I feel, this BBA might be one of the easiest win for Nigeria ever because, profiling the HMs, Tayo is clearly the favorite, I mean; Dope swag, crazy demeanor, unique personality, Africa's favorite, I could just go on forever. But, should incase something goes wrong and he did not win the mulla, (i mean, this is a game and their are lots of politics involve also) that nicca still gonna remain the best. Over the years, Nigerians on this show and many other showcase platforms have proven that, Nigeria is an universe of it's own. Take for instance, the X-favtor thing, imagine Tayo winning with 80% vote and lilian coming second with 76% vote. I wonder if lilian would have gained immunity if she had won it. Anyway, the moral of the story is we rock and, we don't need to win BBA to prove it. Am very much okay with Tayo winning the X-factor thing, it proved that he was there. Who knows, he might even still win the sexiest housemate or any other award. Go boy, ur swag non dey for market. |

lumeviewscom: The other day in the diary room, he told Biggie that Tayo's apology wasn't genuine... Right before he went straight into his favorite topic - FOOD!
He was also telling Sheillah the other night that Tayo is arrogant and a noise-maker... Apparently, he didn't fancy Tayo as a topic for discussion so he quickly changed the subject to how two housemates (i forget their names) cooked the vegetables for too long and how vegetables shouldn't be cooked for more than 3minutes etc.
Lol. It might actually be his strategy because this guy and food na something else oh.. Hmmm...., thanks men. |
