This interview question is becoming very frequent these days. How can a job seeker best answer this question?

I think what the employers/interviewers are asking is, how we, applicants/job seeker can help to increase the profitability, growth, development, expansion of the company.
Genius in the house, over to you.

The answer to a question like this lies in your research about the organization. Surely, as a potential employee, you MUST have known the core business of the organization you wish to join, their corporate culture and competitive edge.

You MUST also understand the requirements of job you are applying for and also have the necessary skill set.

If all of the aforementioned is checked, you have the answer to the question.

The problem with most of you graduates is you inability to use initiative. You want someone to catch the fish, season it and still feed you. Rather than teach you how.

If you can't find an answer that would suit you from the template I earlier provided, then it is really true what recruiters say, "so many jobs, but unemployable graduates".

The First Man to catch a Fish, who taught him?..

If you don't have initiatives, develop your own.. then others will follow.
