You are very right. Having a valid Canadian visa already should cover you. Plus that's your final destination.

Thanks a lot for this. Actually, in my case, I wouldn't be leaving the Airport. The website appears as though one may be eligible for exemption and wouldn't require a visa (but it's not fully clear). The airline customer service isn't even helping. I hope I can see someone that experienced this in the past.

I have never had transit in two Schengen countries on a single trip before, and that's why I'm a bit confused.

One time in 2016i was to travel to US from Cyprus but was denied boarding when I got to Turkey because my flight was going to pass through Canada and I needed a transit visa. Reason given was that the connecting airport can only be accessed by entering into Canada not just passing through. I had to get a new flight ticket that passed through Italy and I was allowed to travel to US. Mind you I spent 14hours at the airport after landing before my connecting flight and could not even go to the connecting area until after about 10hours. That's one.
When returning I passed through Amsterdam and transited through the airport there back to Turkey before connecting back to Cyprus.

Another time when coming to Nigeria I used Egypt Air and we transmitted in Egypt and even slept over in Egypt in a hotel provided by the airline. Although our passports were held at the airport and returned to us the next day to board our flight despite not having a visa.

I have a question, please. I will be travelling from Lagos to Canada and have layovers in two Schengen countries (France and Amsterdam). Someone said I would need a visa to transit in between two Schengen countries. How true is this? Have you ever had layovers in two European countries before connecting to Canada or the USA?

I can't say exactly what caused the 6000CAD reduction, but I feel it could be because they're now handling it themselves unlike the former where it was supposed to be handled by another institution.
I submitted April 30 but my eligibility review started June,14th. My Medicals updated to Pass June,11.

That 6,000 CAD reduction is very good. What do you think caused it? And when did you submit your Study Permit Application? Mine was May 6 and eligibility started immediately but nothing else aside medical passed since May 19.

Okay, you don't need to Switch Campus. Initially, my Campus was Hanson-Bramptom but they suspended Postgraduate Program at Hanson-Bramptom Campus for Fall 2021 and gave us option to switch campus or Request for Tuition Refund. So I switched Campus and even got about $6000CAD tuition fee reduction.

There is an Option to switch campus to the Sudbury Campus. I don't think I favour deferral, I would rather take back my money. But in the meantime, I have requested to switch Campus to Sudbury because my Course is IBBH

Different folks different strokes. I applied since May 6 and eligibility and background check started almost immediately. I also did medicals which was updated by May 19 as passed and heard nothing since then. Mind you, just as your friend I have been to the US and renewed my visa last year and presently have a valid USA visa on my passport. I have also been to some countries in Europe. Yet I have not heard anything again. But I remain positive.

Ilodigweudoka: bro i got it and i wil reply you proper. as for the payment stuff drop it here i think those that have their confiration letters can advice you better. as for me i made my payment through GT Bank, i opened a gtb current account paid in the naira equivalent of my tuition fee into the account as to dollar rate at that moment wich the bank staff gave me. and he processed a telex transfer into the schools's account. and i got the telex copy/reciept wich i forwarded to wip, but til now i am yet to get my confirmation letter and today marks it a week since i paid. for your other question will reply you soon
