I am not calling you a scam. All I said was that I am suspecting a scam.

Why did you fail to talk about the 1k for the form in your initial post at the beginning.. how are we sure that you won't request for more later. Even if you are going to give people the scholarship at the end, why will you run it like a ponzi scheme where you make profit too..

we have seen so many standard scholarship scheme here on nairaland e.g Xfire scholarship. That's an example of how a standard scholarship should be
