For you to have gone through all this troubleshooting routine and still no result might be indicating something else as the problem and not the charger or cable. Try using the charger on another pc let’s see what results we might get.

for my umidigi a5 pro users I have One more transparent tpu case left, I’m giving out for 1k it’s new.. I know those using breathing crystal would want to showcase the color of their phone with out them scratching. If u use this phone you’ll notice the phone doesn’t like sweaty hand. If you have sweaty hands, I’ll recommend this. Sweat scratches off the color at the sides of the phone
