Hello,
Presently, I live around Ayetoro area along Muslim road, Ibadan. The electricity in this area is negative, so I want to move to better area not too far from Muslim.
I work remotely and this is the reason I'm in need of area with serious stable power, fuel is swallowing almost all the whole salary. My rent here will due by May, 2024. But I am tired of the area.

House type: at least a room and parlor (even if it is well water, I'm fine. Just stable power. Though not pit toilet oo )
Budget: The rent budget is around 80k-120k

It was explicitly stated that, or your local govt chairman so I used my local govt chairman. Not easy to find officer from osun for the rank specified, even they help me to ask from NAF base Sam ethnan Ikeja but was a futile effort
