You see this living abroad thing ? It’s more of a curiosity factor. Nothing more and nothing less. It’s like they say, curiosity killed the cat. Here is my own take, what’s the purpose of keeping these hungry people at the entrance of every restaurant door or any door? Like are people now crippled that they can’t open the door for themselves ?
