''You don't xpect it to come so sudden,do you?."Rome wasn't built in a day(true)..but do u need to say that?do u even need to think that?...the answer is 'NO'.......That's the old guard thinking that have caused writers in the long run to be just an inch away from where they had started hithero.....I mostly do talks for acedemic but let's see if this would boost the writers a bit......No matter how cheap or easy a thing might look,it most definitely must take a while for it to be close to perfection.you knw that already but i just want to reinstate.generally in life,most pple always wait for a sign b4 they begin sometin meaningful or follow a dream.(take note of the word 'MOST')..in a online talk sometime ago,someone askd me why even wit d dreamz a gr8 no of d populace hv,only a few achieve gr8ness?...if you r smart,i tink dx cud b d answer 4 'YOU'...like i said earlier,most pple wait 4 that sign to come n no sign comes,hence no action..JUST d few dat take on their dream headon r the FEW dat achieve....b4 i go,there's sometin else..pple tend to say b4 i do dis n get on wit it,some oda persons hv....well b smart nd conquer that rock in ur mind..its anoda day's topic

Hi dailynews and the entire naija writers.you may not know me but i do knw u guys or atleast hav heard of u guys.my cousin david frequently speak of this club and am a little bit off d age limit,am 17.I really would love to join this club.i may not be a good writer as he is but am a work in progress.i live in benin and i have couple of ideas in this brain of mine.we both open a forum,ezine and blog and i think i am capable of contributing to the club.My name is ose by the way and you can email me at naijawriting371@gmail.com or better still my coz's email at eikhalo@yahoo.com....I would love it if i get accepted.thanks

I see this new trend in nigeria and a new dispensation of writers unvieling a colossal sweetness in the writing industry which is why i have decided to cal on writers of any kind from age 15-21(other closer age can join if they are okay with it) to join in the creation of another longman series,another african writers series amongst others.I got this idea from a nairalander dailynews in his NYW initiative(bigups to u man)it would be called the diamondwriters series DBS and we do hope to begin our writing and publish immediately,first online and in the nearest future,on print.we would build a formidable team and that way catch the eyes of the crowd to us.pls come let us make history.when we get a good number we would be good to go.so drop your email and suggestions as reply to this..Am waiting!!!don't forget 15-21 and those above can join if they are okay with it..it would come to a time where free membership won't be allowed..we would begin signing writers.hurray lets realize this dream together
