If some student in OAU are cultist then its the duty of the governing body of OAU to denounce and suppress them. But if the authority turn a blind eye to the bad behaviour of the cultist who are just few but keep wearing the banner of OAU and claim to be working for the VC, then they may end up given the school a bad name to the extent that if a jambite mention OAU to his parent, the first thing that comes to their mind is cultist...
