It will benefit you to follow U.S. government directions concerning the I-134 form, which is a legal document. In the meantime, this case will remain under administrative processing.



Meanwhile, we are returning your international passport to the DHL PICKUP Facility/GSS Document Collection Center for retrieval. You can visit the DHL PICKUP Facility/GSS Document Collection Center – DHL, Plot 230 Muri Okunola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos any day Monday through Friday.

Please what does this mean that the file has expired? Do we resubmit the required information or we can't anymore?

Please I need your help and advice on this matter. I and my fiancé received this email this morning from the USA consulate general in Lagos Nigeria.

My questions is, can we resend the correct documents even though the file has expired? Or what can we do? Cause my fiancé has the financial ability to support me till I get my adjustment of status sorted out but it's the way she filled the form that brought about the error. Attached is the part they said shows her lack of commitment to support me.
