I laugh at people trying to criticize others for sharp practices. Take it or leave it, fraud is now a norm in Nigeria, even our president has a record of fraud and drugs to he Curriculum. Yes, if you can't provide it you have to pay

No you cannot work with a visitor visa, you must get a work permit.

You can get PR Later If you have a study or work permit.
