One thing that baffles me here is, our contractors will build road but the road will look dirty, rough like it an old project.
You will see a newly completed project will holes, open drainage, big rock of stone, sand and granite littered around.

Do they supervise these contractors at all?

The road is in lekki coastal area of lagos. I drive through the road almost everyday.

The project is real, but the concern here is after removing subsidies from fuel and electricity. Why are they borrowing so much?
