First it will depend on de state of residence of the child, because it is de adoption law of dat state is what will guide de adoption process.. bt generally de would be parents must be residents in Nigeria and within de state he wanta to adopt. De must have de capacity (age, status etc). No female child is adopted by a single man.. etc de requirements are much ur get de adoption law of de state and seek a legal advice from a practicing lawyer. I hope dis will help

I am from Akwa Ibom State, police brutality in dis state de worst.. no oda part of is experiencing. De have no regards for u, me, lawyers or any one.. most dont wear deir uniforms, keeep long beards .
