I am ashamed if this is coming from a school that trains our lawyers. It is a case of victimization. Why will u give a warning letter when he hasnt committed any crime? All his crimes were done in the university environment. If the university deemed it fit to have allowed him to graduate and did all his clearance,why would the law school bring up the issue again? Why declare him already guilty in the law school when he hasnt been accused of any crime within the law school? His actions were predicated by the actions of the law school.

I was in Law school and by all human reasoning Mr Bello shouldn't have been admitted to NLS in the first instance, he was given grounds for fair hearing which he waived, it took law school months before reaching the conclusion the did, there hasn't been a time a student stands all through lecture, truth is that he is not fit and proper. First it will depend on de state of residence of the child, because it is de adoption law of dat state is what will guide de adoption process.. bt generally de would be parents must be residents in Nigeria and within de state he wanta to adopt. De must have de capacity (age, status etc). No female child is adopted by a single man.. etc de requirements are much ur get de adoption law of de state and seek a legal advice from a practicing lawyer. I hope dis will help
