As a business owner, you are automatically a leader. You are responsible for how you treat you business and the customers/clients that patronizes your business. How you treat that business is a true reflection of who you are. That's because through your business you have the opportunity to impact the lives of others. It will be telling on you, if you impact negatively on people's lives. Worse is if your business is big enough to employ people under you, how your employees would treat the business the same way you do. If you lead negatively, that negativity would be the norm in the workplace an the attitude taken into the society through them, thus spreading negativity. I implore you today to try and lead yourself, business, and your employees in ways that is enriching and rewarding to everyone concerned. |
People usually confuse the acronym of CAC to be Christ Apostolic Church. Truth be told, the abbreviation of the first letters makes it so. But there's the main CAC which stands for Corporate Affairs Commission. It is a federal government body tasked with registering business, companies, and NGOs in Nigeria. It follows strictly the CAMA Act 20' which was signed into law by Pres. Buhari. With this Act, any business that operates and is not registered with CAC is illegal. So before you continue running your unregistered business, stop for a second and consider getting it registered. I'm always available to get your business registered. |
These C's would make you successful in any endeavors you embark on • Confidence • Confidential • Conception • Concentration • Commitment • Consistency • Competence • Credibility • Character • Capacity • Compassion If you stick with them long enough, you would be admired by the people. |
Registering your business (company) gives you something called Limited Liability Power. Limited liability is a legal concept which ensures that owners and shareholders of a company are protected from depts and losses. That means that amount of money that a company losses if the company goes bankrupt or goes under is limited. The personal assets company's owners and shareholders are shielded from any legal action or financial obligations the company might face in a limited liability. So if a company is unable to pay its debts, the owners or shareholders are NOT obliged to pay from their personal asset to settle the debts. As you have seen limited liability is a concept that provides an avenue where individuals can start or invest in a business without being exposed to unlimited personal financial risks. Registering your business as a limited liability (company) is a big plus on your side. Why not slide into my DM, let's get your business registered. |
