Please i need your help.I received a test and interview invite from Dangote Fertilizer. Please what should i expect from both test and interview. Position is sales and marketing officer.

My phone was stolen on my way to Ilupeju for a job test on Tuesday.I have been out of job for months and my accounts are empty. Please if you have a spare phone to give out,do let me know.I really need a phone.

Is it wrong to ask for job referral from an employee of a firm on Linkedin or other websites
One of the directors of one of the highest paying companies is one of my connections on Linkedin. I sent him a message about my current job status and he told me to wait for the advert to apply.
I told him i applied online but did not receive any email from the HR. He said i should wait that they will contact me.I told him i have waited for months. Then i pleaded with him to refer me to HR. He said their company does not support backdoor process and that anyone asking for referral is gulity of that.Then i replied,"I am only asking you for a referral for my CV to get to your HR.I am not asking you to influence the interviewers' decision."
He said he cannot and that it is against the company's policy. Then i told him many firms and recruiters employ through referrals. He replied,''Others might be doing it but that does not concern us.It is completely unethical."
Then i replied,'I wish all firms and recruiters could say this. I have passed tests and interviews and still did not get the job."
He hesitated for a while and said,' I know it is very difficult to get a job in Nigeria without connection or godfather. Send me your CV."

I just wish this could stop in Nigerian work environment. I sat for an Assessment at one of the automobile companies in Nigeria. They did not get back to us on those who passed or failed. After weeks of waiting, they sent text to some people and left some out. I was among those who did not get the text. A lady whom we sat beside eachother received a text and on getting to the branch she was told to go, she met people who never sat for any Assessment. They were amazed when she told them. I wish employers could let us know they would be filling a position internally and stop wasting our time.

No CCTV there...Had an offer with FCMB so took them to the office to make copies,placed them in my drawer and they disappeared. Reported to HR but they didn't do anything about it. So many evil people working there.I know the God i serve will continue to afflict the person and his/her household till they return them to me.
