Elsielamidi: The mistake here is that one is a budget phone while the other is a flagship. If we are to compare we should do with phones of the same range.
Oyinkan99: I love Samsung galaxy A series but their prices is now high maybe because they now have a lot of customers 😞 I will go for realme since am on budget
Phones like Realme c75 reminds you that good tech doesn’t have to be expensive
Kimmierain: Under the hood, the realme C75 is powered by the Snapdragon 680 processor, built on a 6nm process. This may not be a flagship chip, but it’s well-known for striking a solid balance between performance and battery efficiency – a combo that matters a lot in this category. 🔋⚙️
Let’s break that down in simple terms:
✅ Efficient multitasking ✅ Low heat generation even with extended usage ✅ Handles day-to-day apps like Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and YouTube with ease ✅ Good enough for casual gaming like Free Fire, Subway Surfers, and Mobile Legends
But what really elevates the C75 is the memory game:
💥 8GB RAM onboard 💥 Up to 16GB Dynamic RAM (Yes, your phone can temporarily use storage space to boost memory when needed – perfect for switching between apps without reloads)
And for storage? You get to pick between 128GB or 256GB, giving you enough space for your apps, media, and files — no more painful “storage full” alerts. 😅
🎮 Let’s Talk Gaming & Heavy Use
Now, if you’re planning to push the phone with more demanding games like Call of Duty: Mobile or Genshin Impact, the Snapdragon 680 will run them, but you may need to tweak graphics settings for smoother gameplay. It’s not built for elite-tier gaming, but it holds its own respectably in its price bracket.
🗣 Your Turn, Nairaland Fam:
👉 In 2025, would you say 8GB RAM + Dynamic RAM is enough for your daily use and gaming needs? 👉 Or are we getting to a point where 12GB+ physical RAM is becoming the new normal, even for budget devices?
Also, if you’re using a phone with Snapdragon 680 right now, what’s your real-life experience been like? Let’s hear the good, bad, and in-between. Someone here might be making a buying decision based on your comment!
Very few phones in this range look and feel this good.
Omoshola0503: I watched on DSTV yesterday how the Rural Electrification Agency has immediately secured 130 jobs for 130 young graduates in the renewable energy sector.
In a bid to close to skills gap in the renewable energy sector and empower young graduates with qualitative industry skills, while securing the fast-growing clean energy sector in Nigeria, the Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) in partnership with the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) and the Ecological Innovation Empowerment Initiative (EIEI) have launched the NEXTGEN RESCO Program.
On the 26th of May, 2025 in Abuja, 130 young graduates, comprising 50% of male and female future leaders, were officially inducted into the 12-month long program, with a unique opportunity to gain quality industry knowledge, learn from industry experts and collaborate with key stakeholders in the energy sector.
Leveraging its close-knit strategic engagements with the Renewable Energy Service Companies, the REA has equally secured the buy-in of the private sector, ensuring the 2025 Cohorts of the NEXTGEN RESCO Program secure active roles in private sector companies in Nigeria, optimizing the skills garnered from the 12-month long Program.
Upon the official launch of the NEXTGEN RESCO Program by the Honourable Minister for Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, the REA has successfully secured 107 ready paid roles for the 2025 Cohorts, with more private sector players making commitments to take on additional Cohorts.
Graced4u: They're yet to overtake TECNO in anyway or anywhere Bro. Don't let the whole online lies deceive you. It wasn't long ago when the Tech fest happened in Barcelona.
Where was Realme and what was their input? TECNO won the best innovative brand of the year right there in the presence of other Phone giants
Who else is seriously considering switching to Realme?
