I have been using clean and clear cleanser with skineal. I can't do without it, am so used to it. recently I was asked to stop using all that, I should just use water and soap to wash my face. I realized that since I stopped using the cleanser and stuff.... my face has been scratching me.....mY face is so sensitive , and if I scratch it , it will get swollen.

pls wat can I do to my sensitive face and also I have sun burn on my face.pls help me, I want to have a glowing and radiant face. am light in complexion.
