I'm not holding brief for the groundnuts calling themselves engineering graduates, but that is not what engineering at BSc level and above is all about. Electrical engineering at that level is not about coupling of fans, repair of generators, motors etc. Quote me anywhere, a professor in electrical engineering anywhere in the world cannot couple a fan or a generator except if he works in a manufacturing coy where those equipment are manufactured.

If he developed his "blue fan" on his own without borrowing some ideas from the existing rechargeable fans, I think this should be qualified for "an invention", considering his age. Not one scam being announced to us in the name of fueless generator.
