My decoder captures well Eutelsat 16E and all the signals are good. But the signal 10977 H ( Canal 3 cinema, RTS1 , ORTM ... ) does not work and is red. Is this a general problem please ? Help me .

That particular TP fluctuates, is not stable, it goes off and comes on. manage it.

Forget about Strong Decoders, They are Old School. go for Digisat HD.
